As we have discussed <br />with you, our fresh water supplies have become more constrained and it would assist in our <br />operational water balance if we had some fresh water available in storage as make up water. As <br />discussed in the attached engineering letter from John, the external pond has uncommitted <br />volume available (in context of the probabilistic water balance model) unti12012. Table 1 in <br />John's letter described the uncommitted volume by year.
