12. Current zoning of the proposed mining area: <br />Currently, the area proposed for mining is zoned A-l . <br />13. Current zoning of the ad jacent property: <br />Currently, the zoning of all adjacent property is A-1. <br />14. Proposed post mining land use: <br />The proposed post mine land use will be the same for the East Pit and the West Pit for the <br />Blue Gracs Gravel Pit. The two pit areas will be reclaimed to developed water resource, <br />reservoirs. <br />15. Significant, valuable and permanent man-made structures: <br />The site does contain significant, valuable and permanent man-made structures as defined <br />by the Minerals Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />for the Extraction of Construction Materials. Attached Exhibit S lists structures and <br />structure owners. <br />16. Acres permitted: <br />This application is a request to permit two parcels of land under an 112c Special <br />Operations permit for open pits mineral extraction and process for construction <br />aggregates, concrete batch plant, and hot mix plant operations. The West Pit is proposed <br />to be ± 141 acres and the East Pit is proposed to be + 182 acres. The combined acres for <br />the Operation are +323.0 acres. <br />17. Acres affected: <br />The proposed affected acres, including areas for construction aggregate extraction, <br />processing, stockpiles, roads, employee parking, scale houses, pit dewatering, and <br />concrete and/or hot mix batch plants may be ± 298 acres.
