need to explicitly state which structures and facilities will be utilized under the NOI. Any
structures, facilities or disturbances that are utilized by COAG will become the responsibility of
COAG and will need to be bonded for and ultimately reclaimed. In addition;
• Note the existing structures that exist within the 3.5 acre area and provide the dimensions,
construction material, and an estimated cost to remove the structures in conformance with
the approved reclamation plan.
• Explain the work associated with the construction of new facilities and the modification of
all existing structures, roads and drainage structures.
• Provide the dimensions, construction and location for any new structures proposed under the
NOI.
Once the above- mentioned items have been submitted to the satisfaction of the Division, the Division will
estimate the cost to reclaim the site based on the reclamation plan proposed by the applicant. You will be
notified of the required financial warranty prior to the decision date.
Please be advised that COAG Prospecting Project; File No. P-2007-069 maybe deemed inadequate,
and the application maybe denied on January 25, 2008 unless the above-mentioned adequacy
review items are addressed to the satisfaction of the Division. If you feel more time is needed to
complete your reply, the Division can grant an extension to the decision date. This will be done
upon receipt of a written waiver of your right to a decision by January 25, 2008 and request for
additional time. This must be received no later than the deadline date.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me at 303-866-4943.
" cerel'y,
Erica S.
