Long <br />Division Direnor <br />Thank you far your letter of January 24, 2002 regarding the notification of placement of inert fill az the Timnath <br />Pit, Permit M-1989-056. In you letter you state that approximately 300,000 cy of ineR material will be backtilled <br />on site to achieve the contours consistent with the reclamation plan.
