Tn accordance with Rule 3.1.5(9), please address the following; <br />1. Please describe the location within the Timnath Pit where the inert material will be baclcfilled. <br />2. Please staze the approxirreaze volume of i~rt material to be baddlled. <br />3. The Division required a signed affidavit certifying that the material is clean and inert, as defined in <br />Rule 1.1(20). <br />4.
