Mr. Lamanna explained the reason why he wants to place <br />the diversion ditches. He believed some water was seeping to the its from the <br />irrigation itch and by placing two upland diversion ditch, he believes the temporary <br />ditch will decrease the contribution from the ditch to the pits. He was informed to, <br />designed the temporary ditch for the 10 year 24 hour storm event and include the old <br />tire disposal areas in the same revision. The cost of reclamation will be included <br />at a later date, once the Division receives all the information requested in this <br />report to allow us to recalculate the required warranty for the site. <br />6) Looked at the dewatering pit area. Pit was holding water and water from the pit was <br />being discharged at the time of the inspection.
