The revision amended Appendix "C" <br />narrative, to indicate that right of entry documentation for a parcel of land that provides right-of--way <br />across private property owned by # 11 Enterprises, between State Highway 139 and facility areas in the <br />Munger Canyon permit area, was subject to pending litigation. <br />MR-32 approval decision was issued May 31, 2007. The revision amended Appendix "C" to <br />incorporate an easement agreement allowing the operator continued access across # 11 Enterprises <br />property to perform reclamation, maintenance, and monitoring in the Munger Canyon Mine permit <br />area. <br />MR-33 approval decision was issued June 8, 2007. The revision allowed for seeding of a sterile cover <br />crop (Triticale), immediately following completion of reclamation grading and topsoiling in June, with <br />permanent seeding and mulching to be completed during the normal fall dormant season. <br />MR-34 approval decision was issued August 2, 2007. The revision incorporated updated Air Quality <br />Construction permits into the approved permit application (Appendix E). <br />Permit Renewal No. 5 RN-OS Review Process <br />On Apri16, 2007, the Division notified the operator, CAM Minining LLC (CAM), that Mining and <br />Reclamation Permit C-81-020 for the Munger Canyon Mine would expire on January 13, 2008. The <br />Division requested pursuant to Rule 2.08.5, that a renewal application be received in the Division office <br />on or before July 17, 2007. <br />CAM's application for Successive Renewal No. 5 (RN-5) of Permit C-81-20 was received by the <br />Division on May 1, 2007. The application included a certificate of insurance, in addition to the <br />required application form and proposed newspaper public notice. The application was deemed <br />complete on May 11, 2007, and notices were provided to various local, state, and federal agencies on <br />that date. <br />Public notice of the renewal application was published in the Grand Junction Daily Sentinel once a <br />week for four consecutive weeks beginning May 24, 2007. Proof of publication was provided to the <br />Division on June 20, 2007.
