overtopped the East Collection Channel at the north end of topsoil stockpile 4. The operator's
representative explained that straw waddles were going to be placed where needed on the North Pit
backfill to stop rill growth. This work would satisfy the work in this area that was identified during the
SL-03 bond release inspection.
