The Plant Site area on the east side is still in use and will be mined last. The total disturbance to date is 95.50 ac. ±, of which 76.14 ac ± will be lake area and 19.36 ac ± will need reclamation. We have partially mined the area south of the road and most of the area north, except the Plant Site area on the east side of the pit. (2) No reclamation was required this year. Backfilling is continuing in the northwest quadrant of the property. We have approximately 5.05 ac. filled at this time. The area mined will be mostly water once the de-watering pump is shut off. No revegetation work was preformed this year nor is it required until recoiling is complete. We have approximately 91,970 YD3 of soil stockpiled along the north and west sides of the pit. We estimated 36,200 YD3 will be needed for recoiling purposes. The rest will be used as fill in the northern section as approved. (3) Mining will continue in the area south of the owners entrance road until the material is removed. Once this is complete the processing plant will be removed and mining will start on that area. We are currently working on a Technical Revision to relocate this road so it will enter from the souther most end of the property and run along the ditch to the house. Other changes will be made at that time, but we do not think it will make a significant change in the reclamation plans. (4) Backfilling will continue on the northern end of the property.
