Permit No. 86-079, <br />Annual Report <br /> <br />Our files indicate that the anniversary date for this <br />permit is August Slh. Operation continued as approved in the <br />original permit. A Technical Revision was submitted on April 15, <br />1992 to correct a problem noted at a normal inspection, dated April <br />9, 192. This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessation and it <br />HAS operated more than 180 days this year. The Financial Warranty <br />for this operation is $25,400 the permitted area is 109.00 ac. ± <br />and the pit is divided into 5 Reclamation Phases. A sign that <br />conforms with rule 6.7 Signs and Markers is located at the entrance to the <br />pit. Please refer to the Annual Report map for the location of <br />areas discussed in this report. <br />We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br />questions as outlined in Section 2.4.1 of the Rules and Regula- <br />tions. <br />2.4.1 <br />(1) Approximately 11.51 Ac.± was stripped and partially mined this <br />year. This area is south of the owners access road. Mining <br />continued in the area previously stripped and partially mined <br />north of the road.
