Final Reclamation of the <br />mine related disturbances was initiated in 1996. All areas except the Apache Canyon and Northwest Bleed <br />Fan Sites Lave received Phase II bond release. <br />The major reclamation activity during 2005 was the successfid completion of the year nine vegetation study <br />in anticipation of a Phase III bond release request in 2005.Odter activities included monitoring and <br />maintenance of final reclamation areas and limited Land spraying to control Canadian Thistle, primarily <br />within the "Pond 3" and "Pond 4"reclamation areas. The cement cap covering the southern most Apache <br />Canyon Aitshaft was reinforced with additional concrete. This was followed by submission of a Phase 1, II <br />III Industrial Use bond release request for the Apache Canyon airshaft sites. <br />Hydrologic monitoring was completed in accordance with the approved plan during 2005. <br />No map is included witL this submittal as no areas were goaded or seeded during 2005.
