Canany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />We have completed our review of the above-referenced reports, and have the following <br />comments. <br />2003 Report <br />I previously forwazded comments to you in a memo from Janet Binns dated October 12, <br />2004. You responded with atl addendum to the 2003 report that was received by the <br />Division on May 24, 2005. The addendum adequately responded to all comments in the <br />memo. The Division has no further comments on the 2003 report. The reclamation <br />reporting requirements have been met for 2003. <br />2004 Report <br />The 2004 report was filed in a timely manner and contained the information required by <br />the Regulations. The report was well-organized and concise. The attached Review <br />Checklist summarizes the results of our review. We have no further comments regarding <br />the report.
