The well
was inaccessible during this period due to significant snow depths. No significant
water level changes were observed during the second and third and fourth quarter of
2005. No seeps
or springs developed during the second, third or fourth quarters of 2005. During the
second quarter of 2005, the Section 16 Fill was inspected by a P.E. for any evidence
of surficial slope failure on the face of the fill and none was found. A review of the
survey monuments on the fill noted no significant changes in their positions,
suggesting that the fill continues to be stable.
•

CF 17.14 2005
