No significant water level changes were
observed in 2005. In addition, the fill was inspected quarterly to identify the
development of any springs or seeps on the face of the fill. No seeps or springs
developed during 2005. During the second quarter of 2005, Streeter fill was
inspected by a P.E. for any evidence of surficial slope failure on the face of the fill
and none was found. A review of the survey monuments on the fill noted no
significant changes in their positions, suggesting that the fill continues to be stable.

CF 17.14 2005
