SHEL70N Director <br />111 Annual Fee Letter December 1, 1983 <br />By way of reminder, a 111 permit (Specia] Permit) such as yours is for mining <br />which must occur •within a specifically short time. If you wish to <br />continuously mine the site, you should re-apply for a 110 (less than 10 acres <br />and 70,000 tons per year), or a 112 permit (if you wish to mine more than 10 <br />acres or 70,000 ions per year). Annual fees and report are required pursuant <br />to 34-32-116(1)(a) of the Colorado dined Land Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 1973, as <br />amended. Also, please include the <br />required Notice of Intent to Continue I•tining Operations (Annual Report) to <br />bring the Division up-to-date as to the progress or` mining and reclamation on <br />the site.
