The originally Coll cted pre-
and post-detox samples were erroneously discarded by BMG laboratory
personnel. The samples could not be recollected, as the vat
circulation pumps were down for maintenance. The sample labeled
BFRI3 is a rinse blank sample. The low concentrations of calcium
and sodium, 0.3 and 1.79 mq/L respectively, reflect the
concentrations typically found in the de-ionized source water.
At the time of the sampling event, wells M-2, M-6, M-7 and M-8 were
dry. No deviations from the sampling QA/QC protocols were noted
for any of these samples.
