PAGE TWO
MARCH 7, 1995
BARBARA PAVLIK
6) This text is meant to be only a general description of the data. Please refer to the actual
data in Appendix C and the hydrographs in Appendix D for details.
7) The leak was insignificant at the time and soon after the longwall passed by and the location
became inaccessible, therefore the hole was not plugged.
8) In future AHRs the high and low values will be included in Table 2-4. During the 1993-1994
water year, discharge point 026 saw a TDS high of 5058 mg/L and a low of 4240 mg/L.
9) WFU has checked into this matter and there is no new information as of this time. We
sincerely doubt that any information will be forthcoming from EPA.
Enclosed with this letter are a revised Table 2-1 (page four of the 1994 AHR) and a revised
Attachment A from Appendix A. Please replace page four with the new page and replace
Attachment A with the revised Attachment A.
If you have any questions about the above responses, please call me or Steve Powell.
Sincerely,
;~1~.r.~~ ~ti~
Murari P. Shrestha, P.E.
Assistant Manager of Engineering
MS:Igp
ce: Jeff Dubbert
Tim Chervick
Mike Salmond
