Reclamation and Hydrohgy Report ~ Poge 2 <br />2.0 ANNUAL RECLAMATION REPORT <br />In accordance with the requirements of Rule 2.04.13, HGTI is presenting the 2002 Annual <br />' Reclamation Report. The responses presented below satisfy Rule 2.04.13(1)(a) through 2.04.13(1)(f). <br />In addition, HGTI has included responses regarding the Office of Surface Mining (OSM) disturbed <br />azea categories that CDMG forwarded to MWH, as represemadves of Hayden Gulch Mine in <br />correspondence dated October 27, 1999. The seed mixture used in 1998 is presented in Exhibit 4, Table 1. That portion of <br />the slump pazcel included in the permit area that was not disturbed during the stabilization <br />work in 1998 (approximately 1.14 acres) was seeded for herbaceous cover in 1987 by HGCC, <br />the previous operator. The seed mixture used in 1987 is presented in Exhibit 4, Table 2. <br />Parcel 003 was seeded for herbaceous cover in 1987 by HGCC, the previous operator. The <br />seed mixture is presented in Exhibit 4, Table 2. Paccel HG-8 and Paccel E were seeded for <br />herbaceous cover in 1982 and 1984/1985, respectively, by HGCC, the previous operator. <br />The seed mixtures used in the eazly 1980s to re-seed the two pazcels aze found in Exhibit 4, <br />Tables 2 and 3, respecdvely. <br />MU%H * P.O.
