West Pit Fill <br />The West Pit Fill is under constntction and all reports have been forwarded to the Division. <br />1. Five survey monuments have been installed and will be monitored quarterly. As the <br />monuments have been monitored only once it is premature to develop any conclusions. <br />2. The piewmeter well will be installed in 1996. <br />The construction reports and certifications found in Exhibit 5 indicate the construction of the HII is <br />proceeding according to the approved plan. <br /> <br />• <br />
