The reading are narrowed slightly and <br />hopefully I~ve reduced the spike. <br />1/16/92 <br />1) Spent a good portion of the day running wire for the 4-20 <br />MA signal over to the floc pump. <br />2) once I got the floc pump working off the 4-20 MA signal, <br />I worked on getting the PID working for the floc pump. <br />3) Had a meeting with Joel concerning some of my priorities. <br />My.top,priority was getting the water addition to the <br />grind circuit under control. <br />1 flock addition PID <br />2 remote on SAG addition water <br />3 get two ball valves (valve 208 and valve 224) <br />4 Thickener under flow pid <br />5 preventive maintenance <br />1/17/92 <br />1) Worked on the Thickener under flow specific gravity. The <br />four to twenty MA signal was off and in need of tuning. <br />2) Again worked on tuning the Floc addition PID. <br />3) <br />1/20/92 <br />1) Paul and I worked on the gressure relief valve from the <br />strip column. <br />2) Worked on getting the two valves on the SAG ball t;ap <br />working. Replaced a solenoid valve and rewired a solenoid <br />valve. <br />3) Worked on maintenance on the Ph transmitter and probes. <br />1/21/92 <br />1) Changed the timer for the booster pump fail on the east <br />well house. <br />2) Made a slight modification to the floc addition PID. <br />3) Got the Thickener under flow PID working and made slight <br />modification to the PID. <br />
