The material shall be free of holes, <br />undispersed raw material, broken needles or any sign of contamination by foreign <br />matter. It is the Contractor's responsibility to submit timely proposal <br />(allowing two weeks for approval) in order to avoid delays in construction schedule. <br />' - - Such proposal shall consider the lengths and widths of tha Uanels as to minimize field <br />seaming and reducing handling effort of the material. <br />' The Contractor shall account for rapid atmospheric changes resulting delays in welding <br />of seams.
