Kvaerner Metals Project No. 306900 <br />General Specification No. GC-18 <br />Geosynthetic Lining <br />1.0 SCOPE <br />This specification covers the requirements for furnishing materials, equipment, <br />transportation, labor and services necessary and incidental to install geosynthetic liners <br />' as indicated on the drawings and as specified herein for the American Soda, L.L.P., <br />Yankee Gulch Sodium Minerals Project to be located at two sites about 45 miles apart in <br />the State of Colorado. The one called Upper Plant is to be located near Meeker in Rio <br />Blanco County, and the other one called Lower Plant, in an existing UNOCAL facility <br />near Parachute in Garfield County. <br />' 2.0 APPLICABLE CODES AND STANDARDS <br />' Except as noted within this specification, all lining work shall conform to the latest <br />revision of the documents listed below.
