The water tables is down due to the drought so we have been able to get back into area previously wet and remove some of the material left in the lake. (2) No reclamation was required last year, but the construction of the highway has effectively reclaimed that area. Two additional sections of bank sloping was completed this year in the southern area of the mine. in addition part of the southeast area was mined and backfilled with waste material in the area where the reclamation material is stored. In the Urban Drainage project area, reclamation is complete (3) We will continue to mine on the southern part of the disturbed area shown as "sTOCRPT.R ARSA~UNMINBD°, 12.05 acre ±. we will continue to remove material from the lake area if the lake level remains low. (4) We will continue to reclaim areas where mining has ended. In addition we are working with the landowners that have land adjacent to the lake to shape and change their portion of the lake shore. Since the water is down they are able to deepen areas on their property to improve those area for boat safety when the water level rises.
