The effective date of all information in this report <br />is March 13, 2003. Please refer to the attached Annual Report Map <br />for the location of areas discussed in this report. This pit HAS NOT <br />been granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 <br />days this year. This 83.06 acres t pit is not a phased operation and <br />the current bond is $70,000.00. <br />we will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br />requirements as outlined in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and Regulations. <br />(1) No new lands have been disturbed during the last year, we <br />continued to remove material stockpiled in previous years and <br />mined an additional area in and around the plant site area. The <br />current status of disturbance for the pit is shown in the table <br />below.
