The Financial Warranty for <br />this operation is $30,576.34, the permitted area is 606.96 ac. ± <br />and the pit is divided into 18 Reclamation Phases. Stages 1 thru <br />5 cover an alluvial deposit and run along the river, Stages A thru <br />H (8) are a terrace deposit above the river and Stages V thru Z (5) <br />are part of the Plant Site or areas mined before the law or are <br />currently being backfilled as part of the reclamation plan. <br />As required in Rule 6.7 the mine permit sign has been <br />installed at the entrance to the pit and the boundary has been <br />outlined with red toped posts to delineate the affected lands. <br />Please refer to the attached maps for location of the areas <br />discussed in this report. we have used excerpts from the large map <br />originally part of the original application to save space and make <br />it easier to review the annual report. Map #1 shows the area <br />disturbed in Stage 1 on the western part of the site and Map #2 <br />shows the area where mining is currently taking place in Stages 2 <br />and D on the eastern part of the site. These maps do not show the <br />entire permit area, only the areas south of the river that are <br />affected by the operation at this time. <br />
