COLORADO 61301 <br />~ May 30, 1984 <br />T0: National King Coal, Inc. <br />Oti~ce 303 247-0118 <br />Resitlence 247-3560 <br />SUBJECT: Quarterly Inspection, Huntington Ditch, First Quarter <br />1984 <br />1) The first inspection of the Huntington Ditch, King Coal Mine, <br />La Plata County, Colorado was made on May 30, 1984. <br />2) The ditch was found to be in good condition. <br />3) An inspection was not made during the first quarter because <br />of snow cover. <br />An inspection was made of the Huntington Ditch on May 30, <br />1984. Other than normal weed and native plant growth, the ditch <br />was found to be in satisfactory condition. The ditch was in- <br />spected for evidence of leakage, damage due to erosion or other <br />damage which might be caused by the effects of underground min- <br />ing. The purpose of the inspection was to meet requirements es- <br />tablished by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division for <br />quarterly inspection of the Huntington Ditch. <br />_~~ ~1.~, <br />~_-Fred M.
