The purpose of our inspection was to look for evidence of
slope instability and to determine if the spoil had been placed in
general conformance with the design,
At the time of our inspection, no excess spoil was being placed on Spoil
Area II. No spoil had been placed since our last inspection in April
1983. Topsoil had been placed on the outslopes and benches of the lower
one-half of the facility. The outslopes for this facility appeared
stable during our inspection, We understand topsoiling will continue
through this summer and fall.
The results of our inspections to date indicate that Excess Spoil
Disposal Area 11 is being constructed in general conformance with the
design and is performing satisfactorily.
Please call if we can be of further service in discussing the contents
of this letter or our observations.
Very truly yours,
Y
CTLliHOMPSON, INC. ,.~~ ,~
~'~ r~~,~
Ronald M.
