<br />standazds can be determined through the implementation of the site specific <br />addendum; <br />Reach a consensus on the quality control procedures, especially on methods of <br />determining acceptability of the lining system; <br />Assisn responsibility for each party; depending on the number of seaming crews <br />and the type of seaming equipment; <br />Establish lines of authority and communication; and <br />Any other site specific items pertinent to the lining installation. <br />The meeting shall be documented by a person designated at the beeinninQ of the meeting, <br />and minutes shall be transmitted to all parties. In certain instances, the Resolution <br />~[eeting and Pre-Construction iVleeting may be combined, provided that all provisions of <br />1.3.1 and 1.3.2 are addressed. <br />1.3.2 Pre-Construction [vleeting <br />A Pre-Construction Meeting shall be held at the site. As a minimum, the meeting shall be <br />attended by ILPI, the Earthwork Contractor, the Soils Quality Assurance Engineer, and <br />the Project ivlanager. <br />Specific topics considered for this meeting include: <br />Review the responsibilities ofeach party; <br />Review lines of authority and communication; <br />Review methods for documenting and reporting and for distributing documents <br />and reports; <br />Establish rules for writing on the geomembrane; i.e., who is authorized to write, <br />what can be written and in which color; <br />Outline procedures for packing and storing azchive samples; <br />Review the time schedule for all operations; <br />Conduct a site walk azound to verify that earthwork construction is proceeding on <br />schedule and to review material storage locations; <br />Review panel layout and numbering systems for panels and seams; <br />
