No mining <br />has been done and no material has left the site. <br />We have received the Final Decree for the Permanent Augmentation Plan, Case No. <br />2000CW185 and we have received a Well Permit Number 64588F from the State <br />Engineer's Office. I believe we sent you a copy of the well pemut, but I will enclose <br />another copy for your records. <br />Our employees had completed the classroom trains a required by MSHA and had <br />received practical training at our facility, but since we aze not in production we were not <br />able to complete the on site training within the 90 day time frame.. We will schedule <br />training again. <br />We aze contacting the Core of Engineers for a determination of our wetlands status. <br />We currently have a source for sand, but we still would like a backup source and reserve <br />supply of sand available. <br />Financial warranty is still provided by a certificate of deposit assigned to the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Boazd. <br />i~j-,r~."~ ...~ <br />Jim F.
