NCEC-1988 Hydrology Rpt -4- July, 1989
has been suggested by the Water Quality Control Division of the
Colorado Department of Health.
2.2 Discussion of the Data
Data collected during 1988 is consistent with previously collected
data for these monitoring sites. The concentrations of the
reduced list of constituents fit within the natural variability
recorded during the previous few years.
Hydrographs for the various monitoring wells located up and
down -gradient from the proposed facilities are included. The 198'8
data appear to be consistent with past trends. Monitoring holes
OW -3L, OW -7, OW -12, and OW -16 continue to be dry during the
monitoring period.
2.3 Future Plans
NCEC will restart the quarterly field parameters and annual
quality sampling when monetary conditions improve for the company.
The sampling frequency will increase to monthly field paramters
and quarterly quality samples when it appears that activities will
resume at the site.
In order to improve the quality and reliability of the data,
several plans will be implemented, as follows:
New Castle Energy Corporation
