Therefore, the roadway disturbance identification has been increased. <br />Site Monitoring and Reporting <br />Quarterly water sample collection and analysis in accordance with TR-06, TR-15, TR-26, <br />TR-31, and the monitoring program QA/QC took place throughout the year. Laboratory <br />analytical reports were transmitted to the Division upon receipt from the laboratory. <br />Surface water, ground water and process point water sampling was conducted in <br />accordance with Technical Revision 31 (TR-31). Piezometer water level measurements <br />were conducted throughout the year in accordance with the permit frequency schedule. <br />Laboratory analytical reports were transmitted to the Division upon receipt from the <br />laboratory. <br />Lysimeters were inspected quarterly and reported to the Division. The lysimeters remained <br />dry throughout the year. <br />Groundwater sampling and analysis of the San Luis town wells and Shalom Ranch well was <br />conducted throughout the year on a more frequent basis than required by the CMLRB <br />
