<br />1996 ANNUAL RECLAMATION REPORT <br />Page 2 <br />Current and Previous Reveg~ted Areas <br />No revegetation activities occurred during the reporting period. Revegetation of the Loadout <br />Area is scheduled for the fast quarter of 1997. <br />Previously revegetated areas, pertaining to the refuse pile area, exhibit good growth and are <br />effectively controlling erosion. <br />There were no vegetation surveys conducted during the reporting period. EFCI will continue <br />vegetation surveys in accordance with the approved permit. <br />Backfilled. Volume shown 14.5 acres/ <br />11/96 does not include soil moved by contouring with dozers. 38,500 ccy <br />Conclusions <br />EFCI is accomplishing contemporaneous reclamation of disturbed areas in compliance with <br />the permit application. The current reclamation program effectively minimizes the total <br />disturbance and promotes establishment of the site to its approved postmining iand use <br />capabilities. <br />
