If significant aaverse impacts cuuld <br />result, the licensee shall submit the written evaluation to the <br />Department for review. <br />13.3.2.2.2 P1it:igation of Impact <br />Should an unexpected harmful event occur aurino operation which <br />haz. not been ider-tified in references or license condition, tl:e <br />1ic:ensee shall provide to the Department an acceptable plan of <br />action to eliminate or effectively control the effects. <br />-11- <br /> <br />
