You may recall that some time about 1984 or 1985 I acted as
intermediary between you and Tenderfoot Mining Company in arranging
the lease for you of the property you now occupy on Ran.geview Road
near Cripple Creek, During the process my name and address got
into the Mined Land Reclamation Board records. Now the MLRB want
to fill in some shafts on the property and have sent me the
enclosed letter and attachments. Your consent is required for- the
job to go ahead. If you agree with what they want to do, you
should complete the enclosed consent form and return it to the
MLRB.
I am sending copies of this letter to Julie Lake Annear at the MLRB
and to John Henderson, who now acts for Tenderfoot Mining Company.
