The <br />Division's consent will be obtained regarding this plan of study. Information <br />gathered from the pre-reclamation investigation will be submitted for the <br />Division's review. Decisions regarding the topsoil/subsoil thickness will be made <br />in concert with CMLRD. Results oP periodical poet-reclamation study will be <br />submitted and comments will be sought. IP it is determined that a topsoil/subsoil <br />cover of less than Pour feet can achieve successful revegetation, CMLRD will be / <br />ontacted for a waiver Prom the Pour feet cover rule. <br />
