The stockpile shall have a maximum storage <br />capacity of approximately 115,000 cubic yazds over an area of 2.98 acres. The <br />maximum slope and height of the topsoil stockpile shall not exceed 2H:1V and <br />50 feet, respectively. F4gure 4.0 shows the location and across-section of the <br />topsoil stockpile. A 10-foot buffer zone will be maintained between the toe of <br />the topsoil pile and the edge of the bench. Visual inspection of the topsoil pile <br />shall be performed on at least a quarterly basis for erosional, structural, and <br />general compliance. <br />4 <br />
