<br />RECLAMATION COSTS <br />Henderson Mine <br />February 1991 <br /> <br />Many affected areas are being revegetated, but are not <br />considered totally reclaimed. Estimated costs and concomitant <br />financial warranty for such areas are adjusted downward as <br />reclamation occurs and upward to cover additional disturbed areas. <br />Because of the continuously changing acreage and status of affected <br />land, the Board stipulated that reclamation costs be updated every <br />two years in conjunction with submittal of the annual r~aport and <br />map. We have refined our acreage estimates, our methods,, and our <br />costs. The estimated costs of reclaiming all anticipated <br />disturbances through 1992 is $6.061 million. <br />A.
