The 4,000 feet of existing and the 21,000 feet of new road <br />and ditch were seeded by hydromulch application. <br />Please refer to the attached '112 Annual Report' Farm for <br />additional information. <br />SURETY <br />Enclosed is the biennial recomputation of the estimated <br />Henderson Mine and Mill reclamation costs as specified by the <br />Board for the period 1991 - 1992. The increase is generally due <br />to estimated increases in labor and material costs. Also <br />included in this estimate for the first time is a 'MLRD <br />Administration Fee' as was required at the Climax Mine. This <br />amount is based on 3.5$ of the reclamation costs.
