The average rate of production <br />for 1990 was 29,431 tons per day on a 21 day per month s~:hedule. <br />Our work force at the end of December 1990 was 523 employees. <br />RECLAMATION AREA ACTIVITIES <br />Reclamation of disturbances as they occur and efforts to <br />minimize disturbance by planning and reduction of unnecessary <br />uses continues to be the goal of Henderson Mine and Mill. <br />Treatment in the following areas demonstrate adherence t~~ this <br />guideline. <br />rea 9 <br />Another slope on tailing dam number one was covered with <br />soil salvaged from the tailing basin (see Figure 1). Eight <br />thousand one hundred and forty eight (8148) cubic yards of soil <br />were placed to an average depth of one foot between June and <br />September 1990. Additionally, four and one half (4.5) acres of <br />slope were seeded on the tailing dam face during September of <br />1990. <br />Area 9, 20. 21 <br />Thirteen acres of timber were cleared in 1990 to enable <br />construction of the perimeter road and interceptor ditch (see <br />Figure 1 for location). Construction of 21,000 feet of road and <br />ditch was completed by August 1990. A nine inch layer of riprap <br />was placed along 8,000 feet of interceptor ditch during October <br />
