• shown in Exhibit 10. Streeter Fill Survey Monument Data. The
resulting diagrams derived from this data are contained in
Exhibit li. Streeter Fill Survey Monument Diagrams.
This data indicates that the trends of the past years are
continuing:
1. The settling of the fill material remains stabilized.
After initial settling during the first four or five
years, monitoring indicates no significant changes.
Overall settlement ranges from 1.5 to 3.6 feet which is
minimal considering the depth of the fill at the upper
elevations.
2. Similar to settling, lateral movement also appears to
have stabilized. Lateral movement has stabilized at
generally less than two feet and, with the exception of
the 6700 level, in an easterly direction.
3. CERTIFIED INSPECTION REPORTS STREETER FILL
Requirement
'i As per Rule 2.06, Special Categories, Colowyo is required to
inspect quarterly the Streeter Fill and submit certified
Inspection Reports.
Response
The Streeter Fill Inspection Reports contained in Exhibit
9 are submitted to satisfy the above requirements.
The reports indicate there has been no significant
changes noted in the survey monuments and the piezometer well
and no formation of any springs or seeps.
•
5
