These <br />areas are shown in Exhibit 12A and cover an area of approximately 0.2 acres. <br />Drainage control structures are the only remaining disturbance to be reclaimed in <br />the north decline azea. <br />(d) Area topsoiled -None - No topsoil had been salvaged at the north decline as <br />discussed in MROS, Volume 7. <br />(e) Area seeded -North decline. The 0.2 acres associated with the treatment building, <br />the substation and the northwest intake portal were broadcast seeded with the <br />greasewood shadscale seed mix listed in the permit application.
