Cattany <br />Division Direcor <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />We have received your response letter of December 19, 2005, and based on the <br />information provided in the response we consider the 2004 Annual Reclamation Report <br />review to be closed. <br />We have enclosed email correspondence with Liza Rossi, Division of Wildlife Habitat <br />Biologist in Steamboat Springs. Please see Ms. Rossi's comments regarding timing of <br />the annual big game winter aerial census for the Seneca Mines. <br />In the future, we would request that SCC provide a copy of the Wildlife Report section of <br />the Annual Reclamation Report for each of the Seneca operations directly to the Habitat <br />Biologist, Colorado Division of Wildlife, P.O.
