Walker subject: Review for Compliance, 2002 Annual Reclamation Report date: September 10, 2003 Rule 2.04.13 Annual Reclamation Report Rule 2.04.13(1): By February I S, or other such date as agreed on, each permittee shall file an annual reclamation report covering the previous calendar yearfor all areas under bond. The report shall include, but not be limited to, text, discussion and maps, which address: The report is incompliance with this rule with the approved variance of submission of the report by the end of February (Permit, page 117). The report was received at the Division on February 28, 2003. The report includes text, discussion and maps as described below. Coors Energy Company combines the Annual Reclamation Report (ARR) with the Annual Hydrologic Report (AHR). Rule 2.04.13(1)(a): The name and address of the permittee and permit number; The report is incompliance with this rule. The name, Coors Energy Company, appears on the title page and as does the address (P. O. Box 467, Golden, Colorado 80402). The permit number, C-81- 028, also appeazs on the cover page. Rule 2.04.13(1)(b): Location and number of acres disturbed during that year; The report is incompliance with this rule. No additional acres were disturbed during the year (report, page 116). Rule 2.04.13(1)(c): Location and number of acres bacl~lled and graded during that year; The report is incompliance with this rule. Backfill during 2002 at the Keenesburg Mine consisted of 41,492 tons of fly and bottom ash (Report, page 120) and 17,200 bank cubic yards of spoil (8,080 + 9,120 report, page 120).
