October 2000 -50- 003-2191 <br />• Incoming loads will be randomly inspected to ensure that the loads do not contain such <br />wastes; <br />• Such random inspectionswill be documented; <br />• The facility personnel will be trained to recognize these wastes; and <br />• The Department will be notified if these wastes are discovered at the site and <br />facility. <br />(D) The number, classification, and job descriptions of personnel projected to be <br />employed at the depository when operating at full capacity <br />The depository dictates that two people, an equipment operator and a gate attendant will <br />be employed full-time at the depository. The job description of the equipment operator <br />and gate attendant is presented above. The depository manager will be available to <br />mobilize additional personnel and equipment if the need arises. <br />The public will be allowed to haul refuse to the depository at all normal access times. <br />(E) Number, description, and uses of all equipment projected to be employed at the <br />depository when operating at full capacity <br />A front end-loader with steel trash compactor wheels will be the primary equipment <br />utilized for [he excavation, compaction and daily cover requirements of the depository. <br />The front-end loader will have a three to five cubic yazd excavating bucket. A highway <br />style water truck will also be available. Scrapers and dozers will be contracted as <br />needed. <br />In the case of equipment breakdown, rental equipment will be obtained to facilitate <br />continued operation of the depository.
