<br /> <br />Water Quantity and Quality <br />The water quality summary sheets are attached for your review. In general, <br />the operator's conclusions seem reasonable. Electrical conductivity, total <br />dissolved solids, sulphate, iron, and manganese values tend to exhibit values <br />above the applicable stream standards for both stream stations. <br />The mercury detection limit is higher than the stream standard, due to <br />analytical constraints. Also, a slightly elevated silver value was noted for <br />the spring 303-1 analysis (June 1987), which may be explained by analytical <br />problems. <br />Spring discharges for May and June 1987 were about 33% and 25% of the average <br />Pond E discharges for the same two months, respectively. <br />General Comments <br />Site 305 is not shown on Figure 2, and the map was not certified. <br />9635E <br />scg <br />
