Also through n minor <br />revision, Map 9 should be revised to show that DH-57 is no longer active. <br />Finally, please explain why the other sites, DH-16, DH-34C and DH-67D, were <br />not sampled in 2002. <br />BRL - DH-67D was damaged and has been lost as a monitoring point. DH-16 and <br />DH-34C were both damaged by ground movement and cannot be sampled. Sites <br />DH-16, DH-34C, DH-57, DH-57a and DH-67D will be inactivated as monitoring <br />points in a minor revision under separate cover. Map 9 will be revised to show <br />these points as inactive through the minor revision. <br />9. It appears that spring monitoringpoints S2-9 and 52-10 need to be added to <br />Table 1 of the 2002 AHR. These two sites were visited in 2002. Please revised <br />Table 1 accordingly. <br />BRL -The enclosed page 8 of Table 1 was revised to add monitoring points 52-9 <br />and 52-10. <br />10. Through the minor revision process, please add ponds P33-10 and P33-11 to the <br />list of monitoring sites on permit application page 2.05-81. <br />BRL - A minor revision will be submitted under separate cover. <br />ll. Permit application page 2.05-85 shows two chemical parameter lists for surface <br />water monitoring. However, Table 2 on page 11 of the 2002 AHR shows only <br />list 1. Please add list 2 to Table 2 of the 2002 AHR. <br />BRL -Surface Water List 2 has been added to the enclosed Table 2 -Lab <br />Pazameter List. <br />I2. On monitoring point table 77for the Fire Mountain Canal-low, please revise the <br />data entry error for the operational temperature. <br />BRL -The temperature data entry error has been revised and a corrected 2002 <br />Monitoring Table for FMC-low is enclosed. <br />2002 Bi Annual Subsidence Report <br />13. Please add a discussion to the upcoming 2003 Annual Report concerning <br />whether or not the subsidence data collected so far support the subsidence <br />predictions made in Exhibit IS of Volume 3 and Map 27, "Subsidence", both in <br />the permit application. The discussion should include the subsidence <br />magnitude, the angle of draw, the aerial extent of subsidence based on the mine <br />plan (shown on Map 27) and the stabi[iry of the outcrop barrier pillars and <br />partial extraction Zones. <br />
