Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Rule 4.05.13(4)(c): A hydrologic report shall be submitted to the Division annually with the date <br />of submittal determined in consultation with the permittee. The annual hydrologic report shall <br />contain at a minimum: <br />The report is in compliance with this rule. The submittal date is "by the end of the following <br />February" (PAP page 59). The report, dated January 2004, was received in the Division of Minerals <br />and Geology (Division) on January 31, 2004 under a Stephen Self letter of January 27, 2004. <br />Rule 4.05.13(4)(c)(i): Water quantity data obtained from each monitoring site during the water <br />year; <br />Water quantity data was submitted by calendar yeaz in-lieu-of water yeaz. The requirement is <br />calendaz yeaz (PAP page 59). The sedimentation pond has been removed (Report Page 2). <br />Rule 4.05.13(4)(c)(ii): Water quality data obtainedfrom each monitoring site during the water year; <br />and <br />The report is in compliance with this rule with the exception that water quality data was submitted by <br />calendaz year in-lieu-of water year (PAP page 59). <br />Rule 4.05.13(4)(c)(iii): If required by the Division, a written interpretation of the data and <br />identifrcation of mining related impacts to the hydrologic balance. <br />The report is in compliance with this rule. The Division required no written interpretation of the data, <br />but a summary of impacts is provided in the report. There were no measurable impacts (Report Page <br />3). The probable hydraulic consequences are presented in the Permit.
