These
ditches are Palmerton, Rough and Ready, Highland (which requires a bridge because
of the large size of the ditch), and Supply ditches respectively, from south to north
6. local access easements after the vacation of County Road 49
Southdown wants to fill in the gravel pit (as described in the grading permit), construct the
St. Vrain bridge pier and abutments (as described in the floodplain permit), and construct
the four irrigation ditch crossings while the water table is low and the ditches are dry during
the winter months.
The actual grading and construction for the road bed on the haul road will not will begin
until March or April of 1995. We also anticipate a similar time frame for construction of
the cross members and road bed on the St. Vrain Creek bridge.
(over)
