Annual Hydrology Report Response
Dear Mr. Gorham:
Enclosed please find duplicate copies of revised materials for the 1994 Mine No. 3
Annual Hydrology Report (AHR) as follows:
TABLES:
Table 8, Site 08SPSA -Data from November 1994 has been added.
Table 9, Site 08SP4B -Data from November 19994 has been added.
Table 10, Site 900 -Flow rates have been corrected.
Table 12, Site 700 -Flow rates have been con•ected.
Table 13, Site 29 -Flow rates have been corrected.
TEXT:
Revised text for page 4 of tl~e 1994 Mine No. 3 AHR narrative is also included
with this submittal. The text is revised [o indicate the second semi-annual full
suite analyses for spoil wells 008-SP-4B and 008-SP-SA were collected in
November of 1994 rather than during September or October as required by tl~e
permit. This deviation from the approved monitoring program occurred as a
result of a misunderstanding regarding the sampling frequency applicable to these
sites. The individual conducting the sampling believed semi-annual samples to be
the only requirement applicable to these wells attd was unaware of the additional
September/October constraints.
crnRUs
