This will <br />facilitate reclamation at the end of the <br />operation. <br />The existing access road was constructed with pit <br />run aggregate prior to our lease on the property. <br />We anticipated the 50' buffer strip North of the <br />• pit will be used only by Mr. Chambers as access to <br />his farmland to the North and West of our mining <br />operation. However, if we do use the area (it will <br />most certainly not be mined) any topsoil encountered <br />will be stockpiled and planted. <br />3. It appears that the existing access road is <br />to be used for the entire mining period. <br />l.'hat then is the purpose of the "leased access" <br />corridor? Is this to be disturbed? Are one <br />or both of these access corridors included <br />in the affected acreage? <br />At this time there is no plan to disturb the <br />"?.eased Access" area. Neither of the areas <br />indicated to be access are included in the <br />affected acreage. <br />4.
